1) For the gravitational lift to space
The date of Mojhans departure for each city; Every Mozhan will be informed in writing about the date of their departure through the appropriate channels, your bank where the initial balance was paid from or the address which has been requested for the communication.
In case of any default in payment within 30 days prior to the departure, the deposit will not be returnable and the guaranty will be void. The ticket will be offered in the open tender on the keshespace.com. In the case of the “First gravitational lift to space”, from sale attained for the void ticket, the full 3,500 euro will be returned. The ticket holder is not entitle to any additional money, which is received through the sale of this ticket except and only the 3,800 euro deposited, which they have paid.
The bank guaranties are only cashable six month after 31.12 2015 if by force majeure the event has to be cancelled.
2) For the Moon trip
The date of Mojhans departure for each city; Every Mozhan will be informed in writing about the date of their departure through the appropriate channels, your bank where the initial balance was paid from or the address which has been requested for the communication.
In case of any default in payment within 30 days prior to the departure, the deposit will not be returnable and the guaranty will be void. The ticket will be offered in the open tender on the keshespace.com. In the case of the “travel to the Moon”, from sale attained for the void ticket, the full 8,000 euro will be returned. The ticket holder is not entitle to any additional money, which is received through the sale of this ticket except and only the 8,000 euro deposited, which they have paid.
The bank guaranties are only cashable six month after 31.12 2017 if by force majeure the event has to be cancelled.
General Conditions.
The Keshe foundation reserves the right to delay any arrangement up to six month due to any unseen circumstances.
Booking are not transferable to any other person except the passport holders’ name and number which has paid for the program, name mentioned as reference on the payment of the deposited is the passenger and no one else under no circumstances will be accepted as the replacement.
The purchaser has to satisfy his or her own insurance cover and a copy has to be provided to the foundation 7 days prior to the lift. The Mozhans’ have to provide the Foundation with a clean bill of health 7 day prior to each program.
It is the responsibility of the passengers to cover themselves with the adequate insurance cover, once they receive the confirmation of the time of departure in writing through email from the foundation.
The Keshe Foundation reserves the right to refuse an application even if the deposited or full payment has been received by the foundation.
All account payment has to be direct to the account of the foundation.
Clear identity of the mozhan/passenger. The Keshe foundation has to have a copy of and transmission number of the bank confirmation for the receipt of payment through email, the name of the person it is paid for and the full passport number and a copy of passport to accompany the payment email confirmation as the reference.
The point of departure will be announced 90 days prior to Mojhans departure.
It is the responsibility of the buyer of the ticket that he or she has to make sure that he/she can reach on time to the point of departure.
The point of return will be to as the same point of departure.
If the point departure has to be change by any condition, the foundation will meet the cost of balance ticket up on the production of the receipt of normal class ticket. (Economy air ticket)
As there is no landing at any point, it has to be clear that passengers have to have the proper visas for the country of departure.
The Keshe foundation to organize at least (one) departure from each continent.
There are no needs for any luggage, food or drinks to be brought aboard. No animals and no children under age of 18 on the day of departure or on any Mojhans are allowed.
Any previous mental or physical illnesses, heart condition, brain damage strokes and any implants, pacemakers, heart operation any other illnesses or operations has to be declared in writing to the Keshe foundation by email and hard copy to the foundation in Holland before paying for the ticket or the deposit.
Any of the above illnesses until time of departure, if this has taken place, will mean automatic cancellation of the ticket and the place. If any of the above occurs from the time of booking upon the time of departure the foundation has to be notified immediately that arrangement in time for finding replacement can be organised. Tickets can not be assigned to a third party under no circumstances. Any ticket cancellation through this default will only be offered to the public through Keshe foundations web site.
All personal data will be kept confidential by the Keshe foundation, and not be transferred to third parties.
Keshe Foundation or its operators can refuse at the point of departure due to any reason they see fit to take the passengers on board due to behaviour problems or misconduct or being under influence of alcohol or drugs or any other unruly behaviour or conduct.
All offers for this lost place will be conducted through www.keshespace.com open offer that is transparent conduct.
Keshe Foundation will not carry any dead body of anyone into space for any reason, even if the deceased person prior to his death has made the payment.
The reservation for weightlessness trips will have to attend training courses prior to departure. These will be organised up to six month prior to departure.
